Dashboard overview
The RepriceLab Dashboard is your central command center. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your repricing performance, Buy Box health, and sales activity across all connected Amazon stores and marketplaces. Everything on the dashboard refreshes automatically as RepriceLab's repricing engine runs its cycles.
Key metrics explained
Unique SKUs
The total number of distinct SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) in your connected Amazon catalog. This count updates automatically as products are added or removed from your Amazon listings. If this number seems low, check the Products page to confirm your catalog has synced correctly.
Active Repricing
The number of products currently enrolled in automated repricing. A product is counted here when it has a repricing rule assigned and the repricing toggle is switched on. Products without a rule assigned or with repricing paused are not included.
Buy Box Winners
The number of your SKUs where RepriceLab has detected that you currently own the Buy Box. The Buy Box is the primary purchase widget on an Amazon product page. Winning it is directly correlated with higher sales velocity and is the primary goal of the Win Buy Box strategy.
Note: Buy Box status is checked each repricing cycle (every 10 minutes). There can be a slight delay between a real-world Buy Box change and its reflection on your dashboard.
Average Competitors
The average number of competing offers RepriceLab sees per SKU across your active listings. A lower number generally means less price pressure. A high number of competitors (especially FBA sellers) typically makes the Win Buy Box strategy more aggressive.
Marketplace filter
If you sell on multiple Amazon marketplaces (e.g., amazon.com and amazon.co.uk), use the marketplace filter at the top of the dashboard to view metrics for a specific marketplace or view all marketplaces combined. RepriceLab tracks Buy Box and pricing data per marketplace independently.
Shipped Orders panels
The dashboard displays shipped order counts broken down by time window (Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days). These numbers are pulled from your Amazon orders feed and help you correlate repricing activity with actual sales performance.
Sales Overview chart
The Sales Overview chart shows your shipped order volume over the last 30 days. Spikes may correspond to repricing events, promotions, or seasonal demand. You can use this alongside the Repricing Activity log to see exactly when price changes occurred and what impact they had.
Monitoring pricing performance
For a detailed view of individual repricing decisions — including what price was set, why, and which competitor triggered the change — visit the Repricing Activity page from the sidebar. Each entry shows the old price, new price, strategy applied, and the competitor offer that drove the decision.
If the Buy Box Winners count is lower than expected, see the Resolving Buy Box Issues guide for troubleshooting steps.
