Automatic inventory sync

When you connect your Amazon store to RepriceLab, your product catalog is automatically synced via the SP-API. You do not need to manually upload a spreadsheet or CSV file — RepriceLab pulls your active listings directly from Amazon, including:

  • Product title, ASIN, and SKU
  • Current selling price and sale price
  • FBA inventory quantity
  • Product condition (New, Used, Refurbished)
  • Marketplace-specific data (per connected marketplace)

The initial sync begins immediately after the store is connected and typically completes within 15–30 minutes for catalogs of up to 5,000 SKUs. Larger catalogs may take up to an hour.

Manual bulk import

In addition to automatic sync, RepriceLab supports a manual bulk import from the Import page (accessible from the sidebar). This allows you to:

  • Upload a CSV file with ASIN/SKU pairs and pricing overrides
  • Set minimum and maximum prices for multiple products at once
  • Assign repricing rules to batches of products
  • Pre-load Cost of Goods (COGS) values for margin tracking

Download the CSV template from the Import page to ensure your file matches the expected column format before uploading.

Product refresh process

RepriceLab syncs your product catalog on a rolling basis. New listings added to Amazon will appear in RepriceLab within 1–2 repricing cycles (approximately 10–20 minutes). Products removed from Amazon are marked as inactive in RepriceLab but their historical pricing data is retained.

To manually trigger a catalog refresh for a specific store, go to the Multichannel page, click the options menu next to your store, and select Sync Products. This forces an immediate SP-API catalog pull regardless of the next scheduled sync.

Troubleshooting missing products

Products not appearing after connection

If your products have not appeared after 30 minutes, check the following:

  • Confirm your store status shows Active on the Multichannel page
  • Verify the correct marketplace was selected during store setup (e.g., amazon.com vs amazon.ca)
  • Ensure your Amazon listings are active — inactive, stranded, or suppressed listings may not appear in the sync

Only some products are showing

SP-API returns listings in pages. For very large catalogs, the sync may be still in progress. Wait an additional 30 minutes and refresh the Products page. If products remain missing after 1 hour, contact support with your store ID.

Product prices are wrong

Prices shown in RepriceLab reflect the price at the time of the last sync. If RepriceLab has repriced a product, the RepriceLab price and the Amazon price should match within one repricing cycle. Discrepancies can occur if a price was changed directly in Seller Central — RepriceLab will detect this on the next sync.

SKU appears but ASIN is missing

This can happen with new listings that Amazon has not yet fully indexed. Wait 24 hours for Amazon's catalog to update, then trigger a manual sync from the Multichannel page.
